Opening Hours
Mulberry Pre-School is open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.30pm during Hampshire term time, with provision available for 41 weeks of the year. This includes 38 weeks of term time, plus 2 weeks during the summer holidays and 1 week at Easter.

We offer both full-day and half-day sessions. For continuity and to support each child’s development, we recommend that children attend a minimum of two sessions per week.

Daily Routine

At Mulberry Pre-School, our daily routine provides a consistent yet flexible framework that supports active learning and a healthy balance of child-initiated and adult-led activities. This structure helps children feel secure and confident, enabling them to make choices, develop independence, and take positive risks in their learning.

Our routine is designed to nurture each child’s emotional wellbeing while encouraging curiosity and exploration. Children enjoy access to a wide range of engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments throughout the session, including our mud kitchen, sensory garden, allotment, and imaginative role-play areas.

All activities are carefully planned in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring every child is supported to develop key skills through play, discovery, and meaningful experiences.
